Welcome to NCBN
North Cyprus Business Network (NCBN) has been created to help business people connect with other managers and entrepreneurs to further each other's business interests by forming mutually beneficial business relationships. NCBN networking is a way of leveraging your business and personal connections to help bring you regular supply of new business. NCBN will open oppertunities for your company to build new business relationships and generate business opportunities at the same time. Business networking helps your company develop a strong feeling of trust between those involved and will play a big part in raising the profile of your company.
At North Cyprus Business Network you will find oppertunities to meet other business owners, form business relationships and recognise, create, or act upon new business oppertunities, share information and seek potential partners for ventures. NCBN aim to create a welcoming, relaxed and friendly atmosphere where members want to support their fellow members through passing quality referrals, and are not pressured into passing poor leads. As a NBCN member of a chapter, your business will have sector exclusivity; there will be no other competing businesses asking for the same referrals.
Meeting people in person seems old fashioned in this digital age, but wherever possible you should network face-to-face. Social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter are excellent ways to communicate with customers and business associates, but they do not substitute for meeting people in person. A lot of local business is still done on a handshake basis, and the best way to network with other local business owners and entrepreneurs is through business networking groups.
The NCBN innaugral meeting for the Kyrenia Chapter will be held in Sep 2019, will aim to exchange business information, ideas, and offer support. We want to help businesses to focus on building good relationships with other businesses within our Chapter. The most important skill for effective business networking is listening; focusing on how you can help the person you are listening to, rather than on how he or she can help you, is the first step to establishing a mutually beneficial relationship.
